Our Role

GSF plays a key role in facilitating collaboration between financials backers and project promoters in infrastructure, peri-infrastructure projects and development projects by establishing a conducive framework for exchange and cooperation.

Aggregator

GSF acts as an aggregator of fund providers by mobilizing a diversified panel composed of investment companies, financial institutions, fund managers, family offices, large institutional funds, sophisticated private investors, and pension funds.

The diversity of this panel of financial partners allows GSF to access extensive resources and financial knowledge (investment criteria: area, amount, sector, expected return on investment, etc.), which helps to strengthen the competitive position of companies and the development of projects for public entities, particularly in the European market.

However, GSF also aggregates projects and future needs from public or private promoters. By coordinating a pipeline of viable projects, GSF facilitates the presentation of these initiatives to its panel of financial backers. This approach enables the structuring and prioritization of projects based on their profitability potential and socio-economic impact, while optimizing the allocation of financial resources.

Promoter

GSF also acts as a promoter for project initiators (companies, public entities, etc.) by offering them a range of technical and financial options tailored to their specific needs. These options are developed based on criteria defined by fund providers, thereby enabling the structuring of private or public projects or Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) such as concession contracts, DBOM, CPD, CPIN, CPR, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or Production Sharing Agreements (PSA). In addition to promoting these technical and financial options, GSF supports project promoters in the technical structuring of their projects and provides guidance on contractual frameworks.

This may involve recommending professional experts to assist them in conducting feasibility studies, impact assessments, risk evaluations, and developing a coherent financing strategy. This holistic approach helps to secure investments and maximize returns for all stakeholders.

Coordinator

GSF provides proven methodologies to assist project promoters and accelerate the implementation timelines of their initiatives, ensuring enhanced efficiency, reduced risks, and increased success rates for their projects.

Through meticulous optimization of investment strategies, GSF provides project promoters with a comprehensive suite of financial solutions. These include capital investments, co-guarantees, tailored financing options, and even grants, all aimed at driving projects from concept to operational reality.
