Among our founders
A. Sellier
With a background in civil engineering, he has coordinated and led major industrial projects in the construction sector. He subsequently managed industrial project management and public procurement missions, as well as delegated project ownership missions in the industrial sector.
His career expanded into finance and consulting, where he contributed to the strategic development of financial entities, particularly on an international scale. He played a role in developing strategic policies within private entities and oversaw networking operations with influential actors in the financial industry and international institutions. He also built a network of over 1,200 consulting agents across more than 80 countries. His responsibilities included supervising financial engineering operations, mergers and acquisitions, asset valuation, and turnaround situations. He managed tangible and international direct investments amounting to two billion dollars and collaborated within trust and private equity entities.

C. Buisine
He is a practicing lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar, holding a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris XII, a postgraduate diploma in Information Law and Multimedia Technologies from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and an LL.M in International Business Law from Durham Law School (Ustinov College).
With over 20 years of experience, He is an expert in the fields of Financial Regulation, Alternative Investment Funds, Securitization, Capital Markets, and Private Debt structures. He specializes in regulatory issues related to alternative investments and excels in the creation of private debt funds. He structures sophisticated securitization transactions and issues debt securities, including their listing on the Luxembourg capital markets for institutional clients, particularly in Europe.
